Learning & Behaviour Support Mentor

Oakfield School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and positive individual who is caring, approachable and compassionate by nature with excellent communication skills. The applicant must have relevant experience and knowledge to be able to communicate confidently with pupils and parents/carers, as appropriate.

The applicant will be expected to have attained an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline.

Salary: Grade 6 (actual salary: £22,338 – £24,774 per annum)

Hours:  35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Contract: Permanent, Term Term, plus 5 Training Days

No experience is necessary, as full training will be given. A desire to work in the SEMH sector is essential.

Salary: £18,197 – £18,831 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Contract: Permanent, Term Term, plus 5 Training Days
