Oakfield School is a residential special school, part of The Consortium Academy Trust.

All admissions to Oakfield School are managed by the Local Authority through the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) consultation process.

Oakfield School does not make the final decision regarding pupil placements. Following formal consultation with the school, the Local Authority considers the individual needs of the child and makes the final decision regarding whether Oakfield School is named within the child’s EHCP.
